Position: Medical Insurance Verification Specialist

Pay: $17/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits

Schedule: 8am-10pm EST. M-Fri. (8hr Shift between these hours)Equipment Provided

Start Date: July 2024

Job Details:
  • Answer inbound calls and make some outbound calls.
  • Provide good customer service and empathy.
  • Using computer skills for data entry.
  • Prior Authorization and insurance verifications.
  • Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
  • Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.
  • Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient

Job Requirements: Must have previous medical Prior Auth, insurance verification experience (NO EXCEPTIONS)
  • Call Center experience is a plus but not required
  • Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors
  • Great work attitude and willingness to help others
  • HS Diploma/Equivalent
  • Must live in the state of Arizona, Georgia, Florida, Texas, Utah, or Kentucky to be considered
