Bilingual Logistics Data Entry Coordinator - position overview:

Detail-oriented and experienced Order Entry Clerk with a background in logistics and inventory control. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering orders into our system while also assisting with inventory analysis.

Bilingual Logistics Data Entry Coordinator Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and process customer orders into our system in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently and accurately.
• Analyze inventory to ensure proper allocation of resources.
• Identify and report any discrepancies or issues related to orders or inventory.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a MUST

Logistics Data Entry Coordinator Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in order entry, logistics, or inventory control.
• Proficiency in data entry and experience with order management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Must have general knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Bilingual English/Spanish a MUST
