Our client is in search of experienced and friendly Customer Service Reps. to join their onsite Call Center Team in Irving, TX.

Position: Onsite Customer Service Representative

Position Type: Temp. to Hire

Pay: $19-$20/hr. D.O.E. + Benefits

Location: ONSITE- Irving, TX 75039

Training: M-F (Most likely 12pm-9pm) *Absolutely no time off during 3 week training*

After Training Schedule: M-F 1pm-10pm

Job Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls.
  • Scheduling appointments for vehicle shipment to and from Hawaii.
  • Will interact with a lot of military families on the calls.
  • Must be able to commute to Irving TX daily (No more than 40 mins of facility)
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years plus of recent call center experience
  • Warehouse logistics or dispatching experience.
  • Must be friendly, speak well, and communicate well via email and on the phone
  • Must be familiar with Excel
  • Must be able to multi-task and navigate through screens
  • Used to an onsite call center environment
