1 ND SHIFT QUALITY CONTROL/COLD SIDE
HOURS OF WORK:
- 1ST Shift - flexible as needed or required
- Saturdays as needed or required
DUTIES:
- Perform various quality control functions including but not limited to inspection and audits.
- Inspect designated areas for cleanliness and sanitation to ensure efficient and effective daily operation.
- Inspect various product to assure compliance with Company specifications
- Complete necessary paperwork
- Verify accuracy of scales, equipment, and labels
- Observe hourly employees to ensure proper procedures & policies are being followed
- Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Dependable and enthusiastic
- Leadership skills & self-motivation
- Good people skills, ability to work well with others
- Great communication skills, both oral and written
- Good math skills
- Ability to follow instructions
- Physically capable of performing line work; heavy lifting.
- Good attendance record
- Bilingual preferred but not required
