The STEAM Academy @ James Cashman MS is a great place to work! The STEAM Academy @ James Cashman Middle School has a magnet program focusing on Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics. We have wonderful students who enjoy a variety of course offerings, and our amazing staff is always eager to help new teachers or long-term substitutes with planning and lesson design. We offer many instructional resources, and have Learning Strategists who are available to help with anything you might need. Each teacher has two preparation periods built into their schedule, and one of them is common planning time with those who teach the same course! LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:

Must possess or be able to acquire by time of appointment to the position, a teaching license issued by the Nevada Department of Education. Must be certified in relevant subject area.
