A&M PSS is seeking full-time applicants for a variety of 2025 start dates based in Washington, DC and Seattle, WA.
Qualifications
The annual base salary is $85,000. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on several factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
Regular employees working 30 or more hours per week are also entitled to participate in Alvarez & Marsal Holdings' fringe benefits consisting of healthcare plans, flexible spending and savings accounts, life, AD&D, and disability coverages at rates determined from time to time as well as a 401(k) retirement plan. Provided the eligibility requirements are met, employees will also receive a discretionary contribution to their 401(k) from Alvarez & Marsal. Additionally, employees are eligible for paid time off including vacation, personal days, seventy-two (72) hours of sick time (prorated for part time employees), ten federal holidays, one floating holiday, and parental leave. Qualifications

- Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university. All majors considered with the preference for the degrees/majors listed below.

- Comfortable with travel, up to 80%

- Prior internship work experience in financial management, government operations, and/or consulting not required, but considered a plus.
- Extract useful information from large sets of unorganized or incomplete data.
- Use Excel and other MS Office programs as the primary tool to perform analysis and present conclusions.
- Able to contextualize tasks within a baseline understanding of macro issues concerning K-12 education, higher education, workforce development, state & local governance, and/or health and human services.
- Able to demonstrate thoughtfulness, objectivity, professionalism, and empathy in all aspects of work.
- Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
