Day in the Life of an Associate Software Developer

We are looking for curious, adaptable, and self-driven individuals with a passion to innovate.   • Understand and adhere to IT principles and best practices.
  • Maintain and advance technical skills and knowledge, keeping up to date with market trends and competitive insights, and share within the technical community.
  • Assist in the design and development of scalable software solutions using .NET framework (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) and Angular.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code under the supervision of senior developers.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.
  • Develop and execute unit tests to ensure code meets quality standards.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues in existing applications.
  • Document code consistently throughout the development process.


What You Will Need to Be Successful

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher with a major in Computer Science, Software Engineering or closely related field is required.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience


What Will Make You Stand Out

  • Experience developing with .NET, Angular, and Microsoft SQL
  • Understanding of the DevSecOps principles
  • Experience with software development tools (Azure DevOps, SonarQube, Artifactory, Git)
  • Understanding of software development technologies and best practices
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
  • Client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office - specifically Microsoft Project (Online and/or Server) and Professional
