2025 Graduate Talent Program - Global Banking - New York

Your role

Interested in a career in finance, specifically in banking, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Global Banking Graduate Talent Program. You'll get to:

- evaluate companies and develop models for M&A transactions

- prepare industry analyses for pitches

- participate in financial modelling and valuation exercises

- conduct market and company analyses, creating corresponding marketing materials

- get involved in the execution of live deals

Your team

You'll be working in our Global Banking team in New York City. We're responsible for providing coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing solutions for corporate, financial institutions and sponsor clients.

Your expertise

We're looking for a candidate who:

- is graduating between December 2024 and June 2025 and has a cumulative GPA of 3.0 and above

- has a passion for financial markets and is a detail-oriented problem solver skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative

- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills

- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
