As an IBM Marketing Digital Analytics Intern, you'll work collaboratively, driving work that addresses a strategic business challenge. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital analytics, working with Adobe Analytics to extract actionable insights and contribute to key business initiatives. In addition to your daily work, the internship includes educational, networking, and social activities. This is a highly visible intern program with leadership exposure and mentorship throughout the summer.

This role supports our IBM.com team, which is responsible for continually advancing our site experience to delight visitors, enable them to easily complete their objectives, and compel them to raise their hands and engage with the IBM team. As a Digital Analytics intern, you would sit within Web Performance and may drive efforts around:
  • Measuring IBM.com's ability to deliver valued interactions
  • Assist in collecting, analyzing, and reporting on web traffic and user behavior using Adobe Analytics.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of Adobe Analytics tags through Adobe Launch.
  • Conducting end-to-end analysis and communicating actionable insights and recommendations to the broader Web team to support our continuous improvement and iteration
  • Developing scalable analytical solutions that provide data-driven and optimization insights
  • Working with large, complex data sets and extracting knowledge or insights to solve difficult problems, applying analytical methods as needed
This role is based in New York, NY.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited University
  • Available for an internship in Summer 2025
  • Rising senior for the 2025-2026 school year
  • Passionate about marketing, data science, data, analytics, or a related field
  • Fluent in English; strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • A strategic, consultative, data-driven mindset


Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing
  • Basic experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics is a plus
  • Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, or other web technologies is a plus
  • Excel and PowerPoint for data visualization

Other Relevant Job Details
Supplemental 1 employees may be eligible for up to 8 paid holidays, minimum of 56 hours paid sick time and the IBM Employee Stock Purchase Plan. IBM offers paid family medical leave and disability benefits to eligible employees where required by applicable law. The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
