Job Summary

Under general direction and with a high level of autonomy, uses extensive knowledge and skills obtained through education and experience to develop, evaluate, and/or execute strategic initiatives across business units for a specified period of time. Participates in executive meetings including Board of Directors, Operating Committee, Budget, and Department Head meetings. Identifies and proactively addresses issues of significant business impact requiring extensive work with Senior Management as well as firm-wide coordination.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assists Senior Management to plan and execute strategic corporate initiatives.

• Implements standard systems and procedures for project management.

• Reviews and analyzes financial justification for projects with Senior Management.

• Prepares project proposals and plans.

• Develops an understanding of the business case behind each initiative, including the motivating factors for all stakeholders.

• Locates, gathers and analyzes information on potential solutions and best practices while evaluating the potential benefits to the organization.

• Assists in planning and implementing change initiatives.

• Prepares and delivers written and oral presentations to Senior Management.

• Establishes and maintains effective relationships with various functional areas, information technology groups, operations and finance.

• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Currently enrolled in the first year of a fully accredited full-time MBA program.

• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant business experience.
