$23hr *Remote* Experienced Call Center Leaders - TX ONLY

We're seeking a skilled Call Center Leader to lead our remote team and drive exceptional customer service all while working comfortably from Home!

MUST HAVE: 1-2 Years PREVIOUS Call Center Leadership Experience

Position: Remote Call Center Leader Pay: $23/hr. Location: Remote

Start Date: OCT 2024

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Call Center Supervisor with driving performance metrics for all team members.
• Manage daily attendance for the team.
• Handle escalated customer issues and provide effective resolutions.
• At times may lead morning huddles and shift end huddles
• Analyze advanced metrics on agents' daily stats.
• Manage weekly reports on team and agent level performance.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a team leader in a Call Center or similar role.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in call center software and CRM systems.
