Position Details: REMOTE Medical Call Center Manager

Pay: $23/hr.

Training & After Training Schedule: 8/hr. Shift M-F between the hours od 8am-9pm EST.

***All Equipment Will Be Shipped To Your Home***

Job Details:
  • Assist the Call Center Supervisor with driving performance metrics for all team members
  • Manage daily attendance for the team
  • Handle escalated customer issues and provide effective resolutions.
  • At times may lead morning huddles and shift end huddles
  • Analyze advanced metrics on agents daily stats
  • Manage weekly reports on team and agent level performance


Requirements: MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF PREVIOUS CALL CENTER LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE
  • Previous experience as a team leader in a Call Center or similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in call center software and CRM systems.
