JOB DETAILS

Title: Customer Service Representative
Pay: $24 an hour
Assignment Length: 1 Week, Temporary Assignment (Most likely dates: 6/28 to 7/2)
Location: Plantation, FL or Miramar, FL (Location closest to you)
Schedule: You will be assigned an 8 hour shift each day. You must be flexible to work any schedule. The hours are between 7am-11pm, including the weekend. Example of assigned schedule: 7 am to 3 pm, 10 am to 6 pm, 3 pm to 11 pm.

Tentative Schedule:
Friday, 6/28: All day training.
Saturday, 6/29 Half day of training then working on the phone.
Sun - 6/30 Full day of production.
Mon - 7/1 Full day of production.
Tues - 7/2 Full day of production.

Brief List of Job Responsibilities:

• Receive inbound calls.

• Respond to customer questions and resolve issues.
• Meet performance goals for efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and attendance.
• Serve as a single point of contact for the customer and form a strong relationship to support them.
• Research complex issues across multiple databases and work with support resources.

• High School Diploma or GED

• 1+ year experience in customer service within the same company.
• Able to work onsite in Plantation or Miramar FL.

• Strong computer skills
