Our client in FARMINGTON NEW MEXICO is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. They are looking for someone who is comfortable with holding project team members accountable, driving to dates, super organized, and very detail oriented.

Project Manager - General I
Contract
Location: REMOTE, but must be able to travel onsite when needed (Farmington, NM)

Clarity PPM is highly preferred but not a required skill.

Position Description

• Clinica;/healthcare experience
• Facilitate project implementation
• Overcome project barriers
• Obtain requirements, evaluate and determine objectives, goals, and scope of multiple projects
• Network within an organization to drive initiatives, strategies, issue resolutions, and alignment
• Create, monitor and provide ongoing communication to appropriate stakeholders
• Support a team by growing their capabilities to organize, manage, and make decisions
• Report risk areas and partner with leadership on strategies to address concerns
• Manage interdependencies or dependencies between projects or programs through collaboration, cross-functional project planning and comprehensive reporting packages
• Develop detailed project plans and manage project process documentation
