2nd shift Industrial openings

Olsten staffing is assisting a well-established industrial company in the Florence SC area in the search for eager industrial workers! These openings are for 2nd shift only and require open availability as the hours are flexible based on production needs. We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals!

Pat rate:

$18.40 an hour

Hours:

2nd shift hours ONLY

Typically 3PM-2AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
  
• Assemble, inspect, and package products with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.
  
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
  
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
  
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Previous manufacturing or industrial experience is a plus but not required.
  
• Basic mechanical aptitude.

Pay Details: $18.40 per hour
