Job Responsibilities

  • Lead production supervisors and finishing team members, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations to foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Develop and implement safety policies and ensure compliance with regulatory standards to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure products meet specifications and customer requirements.
  • Drive initiatives for lean manufacturing, waste reduction, 5S and operational efficiency improvements.
  • Ensure 5S adherence throughout the production areas.
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and maintenance teams to resolve production issues, improve processes, and reduce downtime.
  • Manage and coordinate all production activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization to meet production targets and customer deadlines.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, yield, and cost-effectiveness, taking corrective actions as needed to achieve operational goals.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with materials dept. and procurement to ensure availability of materials and components for uninterrupted production.


Education and/or Experience:
  • Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in a related technical field and at least six years of progressive manufacturing experience or an equivalent combination of education and training.
  • They need a strong understanding of CNC Machining Operations, General Understanding of CNC Programming and Tooling, quality control, cost management, and effective use of ERP systems, particularly in shop floor control, production planning, and inventory control.
  • Familiarity with operations management concepts and safety requirements is also essential.
  • Possessing exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
