Job Responsibilities

• Supervise full range of day to day activities and behaviors of hourly employees in a Product Distribution Warehouse
• Meet daily productivity and quality objectives while maintaining a clean, safe working environment
• Communicate effectively and professionally with associates as well as with internal and external customers
• Correspond with outside vendors for maintenance and repairs of onsite equipment
• Produce monthly reports and conduct inspections as required
• Responsible for scheduling/managing hourly employee time and daily tasks
• Oversee daily attendance and absences, approve weekly time cards
• Inspect and enforce safety initiatives, ensure OSHA compliance, and submit monthly reports and conduct Quarter Dock Inspections
• Inspect and direct inbound/outbound activities: receiving, put away, customer returns, outbound pick, pack, ship, and device customization
• Conduct daily communication meetings as required
• Maintain a positive and encouraging attitude
• Responsible for employee recognition and disciplinary actions including employee relations up to and including terminations

• Ability to demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate immediate proficiency in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Preferred: 5 years in a supervisory capacity in a distribution environment
• Must have the ability to lift various products weighing up to 50 pounds
• Must have the ability to operate various forklifts to move product
• Ability to bend, pull, lift and stand throughout the duration of scheduled shifts
