Job Title: Sr. Change Lead
As a Senior Change Lead, you will lead the change management and adoption plan strategies for critical change initiatives and system implementations, driving new and /or different business processes.
Responsibilities:
• Write, manage and support communication efforts for a variety of change initiatives as well as day-to-day communication needs
• Work closely with project managers and deployment leads to ensure change activities across the organization are well harmonized and align with department strategies
• Identify potential risks, points of resistance, gaps and develop corrective action plans
• Develop, maintain and report on an overall integrated delivery / adoption plan related to critical change initiatives for the company
• Develop communication materials, key messages and collaborate with subject matter experts on communication deliverables and continuous improvement ideas
• Ensure messages are delivered to the right audience at the right time, using appropriate communication channels
• Identifying and evangelizing reasons why we are changing and the benefits to be delivered from the planned change

- Lead / support facilitation of impact analysis discussions across multiple stakeholder groups / personas to understand needed changes in mindset, skillset, behavior, and toolsets
- Lead development of change strategy that addresses needs of various stakeholder groups with varying levels and types of impacts
Skills:
- Work on a flexible, agile team to address change and communication needs across a large, complex program
- Experience working in or with management consulting is a plus
