Job Title: Bus. Intelligence (BI) Dev.
Duties: As a BI Developer, you will work with data warehousing technologies, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and reporting tools to create robust business intelligence solutions that help organizations analyze and interpret their data effectively.

Th BI Developer will be automating reports and scorecards; building exception reports; and setting up processes to create efficiencies for the team; which will allow them to generate reporting more quickly. The Department is leveraging Power Platform Suite to replace Excel reporting. The BI Developer will also help individuals become more comfortable using the tools and working in the programs.

Responsibilities:
• Defines business enhancement and reporting requirements, including baseline functionality and system enhancements to augment business functions.
• Plans, designs and develops innovative BI solutions using an enterprise data warehouse environment.
• Provides overall guidance for data quality and business reporting.
• Develops and documents BI coding and naming standards, templates and metadata.
• Provides technical and functional development of reporting solutions and data analysis.
• Ensures BI environment is optimized to address business requirements by designing and creating tables, diagnosing and repairing user and performance issues, and testing, monitoring and tuning software.
• Prepares training material.

Education:
• Degree in degree in computer science, information technology or another computer-based discipline. This individual will be working in the Trusts Division in the Trust Strategy & Support Department. This department serves any basic function that has a genesis of data within the Trusts. They focus on higher level projects and initiatives related to corporate objectives. Their projects focus on new reporting and/or visualization to assist stakeholders to do their best work. They provide prescriptive analysis to paint a picture of a problem exists and what steps could be taken to solve it.
