We are currently hiring for multiple shifts for our Bloomsburg Distribution Center, which is a temperature-controlled distribution facility.

Basic Overview:

Shipping Equipment Operators/Material Handlers are responsible for efficiently and accurately shipping customer orders to ensure they are processed in a timely and secure manner. This position may require work at elevated heights up to 30ft. Warehouse Equipment Operators/Material Handlers are given extensive training for success in their position. You will be expected to be fast-paced and attentive to detail, willing to work hard with a good attitude, and able to embrace change. Job Responsibilities:

• Safely operating and maintaining warehouse equipment to carry out job duties to ensure a safe work environment
• Pulling warehouse stock to fulfill orders as they are processed to ensure that customers receive order in a short time frame and as accurate as possible.
• Packing orders to ensure that customers receive order intact in as short time frame and accurate as possible while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Downsize packaging so that shipping costs are minimal without sacrificing the quality and insurance that the product will be delivered without damages to the customer.
• Bill and ship completed orders to the customer with provided warehouse software.
• Palletize and load finished shipments onto trailer with provided equipment in warehouse.
• Safely operate and maintain warehouse equipment to carry out job duties to ensure a safe work environment.
• Communicate with warehouse Shipping supervisor any issues or concerns that arise regarding work duties.
• Performing other duties and tasks not listed as requested by the Shipping supervisor.

You must be able to meet the following basic qualifications:

• Must be comfortable with heights up to 30ft
• Push and pull up to 150lbs
• Lift and carry up to 50 to 75lbs
• Constantly bend, reach, climb and stand throughout shift
• Work a full shift of 12 hours.
• Follow all codes of conduct, safety parameters, productivity, and quality standards, as well as attendance policies.

Language Skills:

• We require a business proficiency in the ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Shift Schedule:

This shift is a 35.5 hour, 3-day schedule:

• Wednesday - 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM
• Thursday- 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• Friday- 6:00 PM - 6:30AM

Starting wage is $22.81/hr with raise potential up to $.88 every 6 months
