Job Description :

We are looking for someone with the following abilities:

  • Follow through and complete any assigned engineering support work as directed.
  • Maintain sets of project records and prepare reports to maintain control of project progress.
  • Read, understand, and interpret engineering plans, schematics, and other related documents.
  • Knowledge and experience with software applications, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Visio) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Technical writing experience, such as writing policies and procedures.
  • Effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing.


Required Qualifications :

Duties may include:

  • Support various projects that may involve independent data and documentation collection and analysis, researching computerized maintenance management records, using electronic mapping viewers, and searching through records management software applications.
  • Support a range of records management tasks, such as upkeep of record drawings, analysis and handling of records, and maintenance of the electronic records management system.
  • Develop processes and procedures as needed.
  • Prepare reports, tables, charts, and presentations as needed.
