Position: Access and Identity Management/Security Operations Analyst I REMOTE
Duration: 4 months initially, extendable to 18 months
Location: 100% Remote
Familiarization with ServiceNow ticketing
Knowledge of Gitlab concepts: branching, merge requests, pipelines, templates
Knowledge of PCF & Kubernetes
Knowledge of Privileged secrets management at a high level. Hashicorp Vault is preferred
Experience in working with customers 1:1 to understand their issues and resolve
Awareness of basic AWS concepts: ELB, S3, spinning up instances, KMS
Health monitoring of the Hashicorp vault platform in AWS
Awareness of LB LTM, and GTM concepts.
Knowledge basic utilities(ping,curl,wget, scp)
Knowledge of Basic Unix commands
Zeal to learn new platforms
Document new support case types & resolutions in the JIRA confluence
Able to work with other teams to drive for resolution

Skillset Matrix:
Technology Requirements (I.E Programs, systems, etc) - Knowledge & experience with
• Gitlab Accelerators, Pipelines,

• JIRA confluence for documentation updates

What does a typical day look like? (daily tasks) -
1. Helping & Supporting app teams on failed ci/cd pipelines.
2. Verifying and/or onboarding Hashicorp vault roles.
3. working with customers directly over various communication channels.
4. Checking the health of the Hashicorp Vault ecosystem and reporting any issues observed.

Preferred background/prior work experience? - DevOps experience and Privileged Access/Secrets management

Priority soft skills - Should be able to communicate vocally & legibly in English
