Insight Global is looking for a Remote, Access Security Engineer. This individual will work EST hours, and be responsible for managing 2 ticketing ques in ServiceNow for a Cybersecurity Engineering Team. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who will take initiative to resolve pending tickets and operate as a problem solver to assess, resolve, and move tickets along quickly.

Required Skills & Experience
- Hands on exp. in the information security space (Internship, campus work, or professional setting)
- Demonstrated experience using ticketing tools
- High School Diploma

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Associates or bachelors degree
- Resolving tickets in ServiceNow
- The following certifications: CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Healthcare IT Technician, Microsoft Technology Associate - Security Fundamentals, ITIL Foundation, or SSCP
