TikTok's Small + Medium Business team aims to help businesses and brands of all sizes unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, or perhaps be discovered! From designing scaled sales and service delivery programs to ensuring our customers have tailored tools and products at their fingertips, our SMB team combines operational expertise with a customer-centric mindset to help businesses achieve their marketing goals on TikTok, no matter how big or small.

We are looking for an outstanding Account Management Team Lead to join our North America SMB sales team. This position will lead a team of Account Managers who are responsible for developing client relationships to nurture and grow our high-value SMB advertisers. Your team will manage advertiser accounts at scale, focusing on education, consultation, optimization and product adoption to increase revenue while delivering advertiser marketing goals. In addition to developing a high-performing team, this position will be responsible for working with cross-functional teams to create, launch and innovate sales strategies to improve our advertiser's experience and performance on the TikTok platform. This is a role that requires a passion for growing revenue, mentorship and training, delivering exceptional client service, outstanding ability to set and execute clear sales strategies, while bringing an analytical and operational rigor.

Responsibilities
- Establish sales strategies and execution plans to enable teams to achieve team goals while also driving long-term initiatives
- Guide team of Account Managers on consultative, client-centric selling and demonstrate strong understanding of marketing KPIs, TikTok product expertise/capabilities and measurement
- Hire, coach, develop and inspire your direct reports
- Utilizing internal data, performance, market trends and segment analysis to become a TikTok solutions expert, anticipating and identifying long and short term business opportunities at scale across the North America team
- Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives that grow the high-value SMB segment (Sales Operations, Product Marketing, Program Management, Marketing, Analytics, Strategy, Ad Policy, Partnerships are a few examples)
- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services. Review and advise on continuous improvement activities to ensure processes are aligned to achieve best results
- Build scalable, repeatable processes to accelerate team's impact
- Serve as an external product expert, educating key clients and agencies on TikTok ad solutions and best practices

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in online marketing, sales, agency and/or product solutions
- Proven track records of building, developing and leading high performance teams
- Excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks
- Leadership experience engaging and influencing at a leadership level with cross-functional groups
- Experience leading sales or account management teams within the SMB space

Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the self-serve platform, auction, and biddable form of digital advertising buying
- Data driven, capable of in-depth data interpretation, synthesizing insights through clear, concise communication
- Solutions-oriented with strong problem solving and strategy development experience
