As an Account Manager at Meta, you will leverage your knowledge of digital media, communication skills, and data-driven storytelling to expand both your clients' businesses and your own portfolio. You are a foundation builder, educator, connector, influencer, and collaborative partner, dedicated to enabling your clients and partners to exceed their goals/KPIs and elevate their business to the next level. In this role, you will utilize your exceptional relationship-building, prioritization, and communication skills to deliver robust client service, insightful performance analysis, and deep product expertise. You will proactively anticipate decision-making processes and consistently seek out and identify growth-driving solutions for your clients. Managing the day-to-day support of 30-40 accounts, you will also enhance internal systems to improve the performance of your immediate team and the broader organization. The ideal candidate operates with a curious and proactive mindset, pioneers new tools and resources, knows how to juggle multiple responsibilities, and enjoys building relationships with their clients and with their cross-functional partners. You are comfortable with ambiguity, you are adaptable to evolving roles and responsibilities and you have ruthless prioritization. This position requires a hybrid presence, with a mandatory three days per week on-site. Account Manager | Education, Travel, and Restaurants Responsibilities


  • Drive business growth by strategically recommending Meta's suite of ad products and solutions tailored to meet clients' business needs.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with advertisers, gaining insights into their business challenges, marketing objectives, and KPIs.

  • Utilize data-driven analyses to create forward-thinking, consultative, robust reports & recommendations that align with customer goals, highlighting impactful opportunities with clear action plans.

  • Operate autonomously to ensure timely and high-quality completion of operational deliverables.

  • Collaborate proactively with internal and external stakeholders to identify and achieve shared objectives.

  • Analyze trends to enhance team workflows, optimize operations, and scale effectively.

  • Build expertise in how Meta's Advertising products work together and can be leveraged to meet a wide range of marketing objectives.


Minimum Qualifications


  • 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, new business development, online media environment or digital marketing.

  • BA/BS degree

  • Experience to adjust communication style to influence stakeholders ranging from junior media buyers to CEOs.

  • Experience prioritizing and managing tasks within a fast paced environment.

  • Focused on delivering proven service models with an emphasis on empathy and truly understanding client needs and challenges.

  • Experience adapting to quarterly change in book of business.

  • Self-driven learner: Build and continue to refine your point of view on Meta products through regular self-education and discovery.


Preferred Qualifications


  • 4+ years in client-facing consulting or business development/sales role.

  • Experience working within Education, Travel, or Restaurants Verticals.

  • Experience influencing C-level executives to build effective and impactful relationships.
