Summary: As an Account Manager, you understand that your work helps keep people healthy! With your multitasking flexibility and extensive industry knowledge, you will be our clients' biggest advocate. You will be responsible for preparing applications, proposals, and correspondence with both clients and carriers, processing endorsements, binder billing, preparing allocation and broking submissions, and working on projects focused on exceptional service. In addition, you will partner with Advisors and Account Executives to ensure our clients are getting the most out of their benefits program.

Responsibilities:

• On a granular level, you will prepare applications, proposals, and correspondence with both clients and carriers, process endorsements, perform binder billing, assist claims department, issue certificates, and prepare allocation and broking submissions. On occasion, you may work on special projects that bring exceptional service to clients.
• On a holistic level, you will form trusted partnerships with clients that inspire absolute confidence in our solutions, and in our ability to enhance their prosperity.

Qualifications:

• Proven success selling services and working in a consultative role.
• Ability to quickly learn business model and value proposition.
• Must obtain and maintain appropriate licenses.
• College degree or equivalent experience
