Account Manager - Etairos Health

Etairos Health is seeking a highly driven and energetic Account Manager to promote our non-skilled home care services within an assigned area. The Account Manager will be responsible for making sales calls and visits daily to targeted referral sources, including Assisted Living Facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Case Managers, and Community Groups. This role involves attending various local and community events that cater to seniors and their care providers. Additionally, the Account Manager will assist in developing new company marketing materials to support sales efforts.

Compensation:
  • Base Salary: $50K-$75K (depending on experience)
  • Commission: Earn commissions for each client referred

Job Responsibilities:
  • Represent Etairos Health professionally in all interactions with clients, referral sources, and community members.
  • Cultivate and maintain business relationships with potential and existing referral sources and clients.
  • Communicate effectively with Operations, Intake, and Customer Service teams.
  • Achieve monthly referral and patient admission goals, focusing on Private Duty patients.
  • Generate daily Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Reports, with weekly reporting to the Sales Manager and CEO.
  • Assist in managing the flow of information between sales, marketing, and other departments such as billing, customer service, and shipping.
  • Adhere to processes that measure, assess, and improve sales and marketing performance (e.g., call planning, reporting, referral trending, quarterly business planning).
  • Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations and meet or exceed accreditation standards by implementing best practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager and CEO.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Ability to organize and plan sales/marketing activities within assigned areas.
  • Preferred: Private Duty Home Health Experience.
  • Ability to research and identify new account opportunities and prospects.
  • Ability to work independently to build customer relationships, as well as collaboratively with a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Preferred: Two years of experience in field/outside sales, with prior experience in the medical or home care industry.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Excel, Word, internet usage, email, and CRM software.
  • Ability to provide personal transportation and drive significant distances as part of regular duties.
