Account Manager/CSR

Job Description:

Taking quotes from incoming calls or website leads or walk-ins, working the quotes, calling the client back to present the quote, taking payment and processing paperwork.

Assisting clients with changes to their policies, payments, and sending proof of insurance.

Responsible for re-shopping accounts with uprates.

Contacting clients when extra documentation is needed or when the client must comply with recommendations from the company.

Work along with a team of 7 people. We are very much a team environment. No one has "their book", we only divide the book up to handling incoming mail and downloads from the carriers. Otherwise, anyone can assist any client.

We are looking for a personal lines account manager, however we would also consider a commercial lines account manager if we find someone with commercial lines experience.

Licensing is not required to be considered, however, we would require that they take the insurance test and get licensed.

The right candidate will have Good attention to detail, time management skills, be driven, and be a team player.

Willing to train the right person!
