Schedule: 1st shift, 8 am - 5 pm

Compensation: $16.50 per hour

As an Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to support the collections team in administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the organization’s credit policy, including evaluating credit applications and outstanding credit.
• Assign appropriate credit lines and payment terms to new client and/or supplier accounts.
• Generate, process, and verify Accounts Receivable invoices, ensuring client credit approval.
• Conduct receivable age analysis and prepare reports.
• Assist in managing bad debts and producing write-off reports.
• Regularly follow up via phone/email for debt collections.
• Proactively monitor customer accounts to ensure compliance with trade terms.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and accounts.
• Assist in opening new accounts and reviewing existing ones.
• Proactively manage credit limits, payment terms, and outstanding balances for customer accounts.
• Reduce past due percentage/DSO through daily debt collection efforts.
• Collaborate with colleagues to investigate customer disputes and ensure prompt resolution.

Requirements: Previous experience in administrative support or some experience in collections/account management.
