Insight Global is seeking a Corporate Account Specialist to support a client in the payment processing industry in Marietta, GA. This role is onsite 5 days a week and will be a Monday-Friday 8 hour shift 9AM-6PM EST. This person will be responsible for ensuring data is correctly logged in their systems, account troubleshooting, managing accounts through their application process, working with team members and government entities, and helping to onboard new accounts. Efforts will also be focused on accounts cleanup and automation within the company's current software.

Required Skills & Experience

* 2-5 years of professional experience within customer and/or account support.

* 2+ years of experience with data management

* Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and analytical capabilities

* Proficiency working within internal systems/software; strong computer skills.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Experience in the financial or payment services industry
