Account Specialist (Inside Sales)

Oversee the overall performance and progress of assigned accounts with a focus on maintaining and generating business.
Foster strong business relationships and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain a close line of communication with sales staff, commercial divisions, agencies, and domestic/overseas offices, to secure and develop new business, and ensure a high-quality service

Range 50,000 - 54,000

Required Skills & Experience

Two (2) years of customer service and/or sales support experience.
Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish at an intermediate level in a business environment.
Experience in ocean transportation or related industry OR Supply Chain education
