PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Provides timely and accurate financial record keeping and reporting as directed by management including but not limited to preparing IDTs for monthly close, financial statements and account analysis.

1-3 years of financial experience a plus
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION :
Ability to meet deadlines and willing to work extended hours when needed.
Microsoft excel experience mandatory, Hyperion experience a plus. Grant experience a plus, but not required
Conditions of Employment
Since this position will require the selected candidate to engage in regular contact with children in the form of care, guidance, supervision or training, you will be required to meet the requirements of the Child Protective Services Act, including the Pennsylvania State Police criminal background check, the Pennsylvania Department of Welfare child abuse criminal background clearance, and an FBI finger print based federal criminal records check. The selected candidate will not be allowed to commence working until all three (3) are completed satisfactorily.

- Maintains financial records in accordance with departmental standards.
- Creates reports on financial performance for internal and external use .
- Performs P&L reconciliations.
- Creates and utilizes automated tools for the updating, analyzing and reporting of consolidated financial results.
- Helps with preparpation of the departmental annual budget.
