LaSalle Network has partnered with a dynamic, innovative, and growing company within the medical industry that is seeking an Accounting Bookkeeper to join their unique team in Oak Park, Illinois. They are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Bookkeeper to join their team, who would directly report to the CFO. An ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, along with proficiency in QuickBooks.

Accounting Bookkeeper Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
  
• Prepare and process payroll for employees
  
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
  
• Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures
  
• Generate financial reports using QuickBooks
  
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions

Accounting Bookkeeper Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
  
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is required
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
  
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• 3+ years of experience in full-charge Bookkeeping and/or Accounting
  
• Ability to work fully on-site in the Oak Park, Illinois office 5 days/week
