Salary Range: $25 - $27 / hour DOE

Accounting Clerk Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in billing, collections, or a related field
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Vans software (training provided)
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software
• Experience in the moving/storage industry is preferred
• Bachelor s degree preferred but not required
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Ability to work independently

Accounting Clerk Responsibilities:

• Handle storage billing and manage monthly customer accounts
• Process and verify mileage reimbursements for sales personnel
• Manage and upload credit card data
• Oversee cash advances and ensure accuracy in financial transactions
• Maintain accurate and timely records for truck weigh-ins and ensure integration with accounting systems
• Perform data entry and regular updates to accounting records
