Location: Bayville, NJ
Hours: Monday-Friday 9:30 am till 5:30 pm (can be somewhat flexible if needed)

Pay Rate: $20-$27/hr. will depend on level of experience

Duration: Temp to possible hire for the right candidate

Accounting Clerk Job Duties:
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Payroll done through ADP
  • Answer phones and direct to the appropriate person
  • Additional duties as needed

Accounting Clerk Job Requirements:
  • Must have QuickBooks
  • Experience in all accounting functions
  • Positive & enthusiastic energy
  • Strong computer skills
  • Familiar with ADP
