Delaware North Sportservice is hiring an Accounting Intern to join our team at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. As an Accounting Intern , you will be a key member of the accounting team, supporting the daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and process daily sales reports for Metlife Stadium events
• Complete all payments and reconciliations for all subcontractor accounts
• Update and reconcile the inventory database regularly
• Assist with account reconciliation for reports needed by Accounting Manager or Controller.
• Audit void daily to account for trends or large variances
• Audit and proof accounting or other reports for clerical accuracy and conformance to departmental, county, and state procedures
• Assists with the preparation of month-end accounts receivable statements, reports, and analysis
• May assist on an event day
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Currently Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree
• Area of Study(s): Accounting/Finance
• Software/Technical Skills: Some Excel knowledge preferred
• Other Skills or Experience: Communication and teamwork
