INVISTA is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our CFO organization. This role will focus on the creation/operation of a center of excellence for legal entity ownership.

What You Will Do
- Drive the creation of a center of excellence for legal entity ownership, including developing and implementing policies, procedures, and best practices for accounting, reporting, and governance of legal entities
- Support the company's strategic objectives and continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing best practices that aid in producing consistent, trusted, accurate, and transparent reporting
- Develop and foster partnerships with other finance functions, leveraged capabilities, business units, and external auditors to support the creation of the center of excellence
- Provide mentorship and guidance to legal entity owners by connecting them to accounting principles and best practices
- Identify measures that matter to understand effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
- Advance the Principle Based Management® culture by applying and reinforcing the company's Guiding Principles
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including originating ideas, collecting data, establishing facts, performing analysis, drawing conclusions, and presenting a point of view
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Experience in a business analysis, financial reporting, accounting, or related role
- Experience in a leadership role (developing a team, leading transformation, project leadership, etc.)
- This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship
What Will Put You Ahead
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Experience in Project implementation and/or management
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (i.e., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, etc.)
- Experience using SAP or OneStream
