Job Responsibilities:

• Receive invoices, route invoices for approval, code invoices appropriately and ensure invoices are processed for payment in timely manner.
• Create invoices and send to appropriate clients
• Receive and post payments
• Review aging reports, send invoices and statements
• Reconciliations
• Additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Associates Degree preferred
• Must have 3+ years' accounting experience in similar role
• Must be proficient in Excel
• Must have prior experience in QuickBooks
