Accounts Payable Analyst

Insight Global is seeking two Accounts Payable Analysts for one of our large PBM clients. The requirements and day to day responsibilities of this role are below:
- Core understanding of the end-to-end tasks specific to accounts payable tasks and responsibilities.
- Apply knowledge of operational procedures and accounts payable processes to answer all types of accounts payable inquiries.
- Experience within a high-volume accounts payable team for invoice and payment processing. Review and process invoices with or without a purchase order and check requests accurately and timely. Processing invoices with a purchase order is required
- Knowledge of standard accounts payable practices in order to process invoices and check requests with the companys policies and procedures
- Process check and ACH payment processing weekly and ad hoc basis
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complicated member and vendor account issues; communicate directly with third party vendors as required
- Customer skills required to interact with internal stakeholders and vendors
- Experience with SAP or proficiency in a similar A/P system
- Concur Invoice experience helpful
- Working within a shared email environment required
- Detail oriented and the ability prioritize and understand the needs of the accounts payable department.
- Excel skills required
- 3 plus years in high volume accounts payable team

Required Skills & Experience
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years on a high volume accounts payable team
- Experience with SAP or proficiency in a similar A/P system
- Strong Excel skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with Concur invoicing
