Job Description:

Accounts Payable Clerk needs 3-7 years' experience

Accounts Payable Clerk requires:

• Must have SAGE software experience
• 3+ years experience

Accounts Payable Clerk duties:

• Compile amounts owed by the company to vendors, suppliers, or other organizations/individuals.
• Utilize Sage software
• Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
• Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
• Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries.
