The Accounts Receivable Clerk will:

• Gather and verify invoices for proper documentation before payment.
• Maintain accounts receivable records, ensuring aging is up to date and handling credits, collections, and uncollectible amounts.
• Perform daily cash management duties, including recording bank deposits and updating cash receipt logs.
• Post cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger.

Qualified candidates should possess:

• At least 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
