As an Accounts Receivable Specialist your mission is to spearhead the timely collection of outstanding balances, all the while fostering positive and lasting relationships with the esteemed clients of their partner.

Accounts Receivable Specialist Responsibilities:

• Create and send invoices accurately and promptly
  
• Receive and record payments from customers
  
• Ensure payments are applied correctly and resolve discrepancies
  
• Follow up with customers on overdue payments
  
• Evaluate and monitor customer credit
  
• Monitor and prioritize overdue accounts
  
• Investigate and resolve billing disputes
  
• Apply cash receipts to accounts
  
• Provide updates and address inquiries
  
• Prepare reports on accounts receivable metrics
  
• Identify ways to streamline operations
  
• Ensure adherence to policies and regulations

Accounts Receivable Specialist Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field
  
• Proficiency in financial software and the MS Office Suite
  
• Analytical prowess with an impeccable eye for detail
  
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  
• Ability to effectively multi-task
