Accounts Receivable Specialist

Our client, a growing company in Piscataway, NJ is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to start right away.

• Pay: $23-$25/hr

Responsibilities:

• Generate timely and accurate customer invoices
• Prepare bank deposits and process all customer payments
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports to ensure timely payments and communicating with customers to ensure overdue invoices are addressed.
• Perform accounts receivable reconciliation
• Prepare and present reports

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
• 1+ A/R and/or other Accounting experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and QuickBooks (Or other ERP systems)
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Problem solving skills
• Interpersonal skills/team player
