Piper Companies is currently seeking a ACTT RN for an opportunity in the Raleigh-Durham area of NC. The ACTT RN will join the Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) serving Wake County. ACTT consists of professionals from multiple disciplines (psychiatry, social work, nursing, rehabilitation counseling, and others) who use a team approach to meet the needs of individuals with severe, persistent mental illness in community-based settings

Responsibilities of the ACTT RN:

• Provide nursing functions for patients served by an assertive community treatment team
• Help with the administration and management of medication
• Go out on the field to different patients homes
• Provide case management services including planning, developing, and monitoring of services and supports based on the patient's treatment plan
• Help and care for individuals with severe mental illnesses

Qualifications of the ACTT RN:

• 1+ years of experience with Psychiatry and Behavioral Health care settings
• NC RN license required
• BSN
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Compassion and Empathy
• Travel: Going to be limited to the Wake County area

Compensation for the ACTT RN:

• Salary Range: $60,000-$70,000
