Job Description:
To initiate, coordinate and lead projects and efforts related to Acute therapies workflow. To coordinate workflow elements through various stages of development. Collaborates with department leadership to ensure that project goals and objectives are in alignment at both the department and UAB Hospital level. To advise department leadership as to opportunities for workflow processes and systems improvements. To act as a liaison with various team members, communicating effectively on workflow specifications and any changes/revisions throughout the process. Stays abreast of best practices with regard to workflow systems and processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management or closely related field and two (2) years of healthcare experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
