Providence College's baccalaureate program in Nursing is seeking candidates for adjunct faculty positions beginning in January 2025. The successful candidates will teach medical surgical nursing clinical at a partner healthcare setting and have a demonstrated commitment to and/or experience with engaging diverse students in the clinical setting. Qualified candidates who might be able to teach multiple clinical courses may be considered for a full-time clinical faculty position if requested.

This is an exciting and historic opportunity to join PC's newly established School of Nursing and Health Sciences and shape an innovative, interdisciplinary curriculum for the next generation of students entering nursing.
Essential Duties
The successful candidates will teach medical surgical nursing clinical at a partner healthcare setting. Candidates with a strong background in this field of nursing are encouraged to apply. 

Education and Experience Required
Candidates with an earned master's in nursing and a minimum of five years of professional nursing clinical experience in the medical surgical specialty are strongly encouraged to apply. Candidates will also need an active unencumbered license in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in Rhode Island or eligibility to apply for such.
