In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader Investor Relations and Global FP&A team, where you'll be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. The Role

Under limited direction, this individual will provide a high level of administrative support in a fast-paced environment, supporting Investor Relations and Global Financial Planning & Analysis. This person will coordinate conference calls, in-person meetings, event planning, calendar management, processing department invoices, and expense reports, and manage travel arrangements. This person will liaise with a variety of functions throughout the organization on behalf of the executive and the role requires collaboration with Executive Assistants of the CEO and CFO. Must demonstrate a high level of ethical standards, communication skills, and confidentiality associated with assigned duties.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinates all aspects of investor relations outreach, including video calls, and in-person meetings; works with sell-side corporate access teams to coordinate conferences and non-deal roadshows

• Communicates professionally with external customers, which includes a broad range of interested persons from the investor community, including shareholders of the company

• Manages calendar and schedule for the SVP of Investor Relations and FP&A

• Prepares correspondence, reports, and other documentation as needed.

• Monitors Investor Relations inbox and responds to or redirects inquiries as appropriate and in a timely manner.

• Coordinates all aspects of travel and prepares and reconciles expense reports for the SVP of IR and FP&A and his two direct reports.

• Collaborates and communicates effectively with senior executives and their assistants.

• Become adept in using the Investor Relations client database to prepare meeting materials and log client updates/communications.

• Supports earnings call logistics and Investor Relations website

• Manage department budget, invoice management, vendor relationships, and outside resources

• Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt's core values.
