JOB SUMMARY:

The Population Health Service Organization (PHSO) Integrated Care Management Department is hiring for an Administrative Assistant to join their team!

JOB DESCRIPTION: Administrative Assistant serves as the primary administrative support person to Integrated Care Management, which employs approximately 100 people. The incumbent is responsible for front desk management and supporting staff with daily operations including mailings to patients. This person also will be the primary point person for office & space operations for the department. Other duties will include various projects for the PHSO team. Works in partnership with Office Coordinator.

EDUCATION:

Must possess an Associate Degree or equivalent plus five years' relevant experience.

EXPERIENCE:

Previous employment in an office environment sufficient to demonstrate advanced administrative support skills.
