The Administrative Coordinator provides administrative support to the Vice Chancellor and Secretary of the Board of Trustees and to the office generally. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Scheduling meetings and managing calendars in coordination with others
- Providing excellent service as the first point of contact for incoming phone calls and in-person guests to the office
- Arranging travel for members of the Board of Trustees (e.g., airfare, hotel reservations, car service)
- Ensuring an organized and orderly office environment; procuring office supplies and refreshments
- Reconciling the Secretary's One Card and processing reimbursement requests
- Other administrative support duties as assigned
