- Organize files and other written communications.
- Coordinate activities with direct reports and staff.
- Take meeting notes.
- Prepare correspondences for signature.
- Promote and maintain professional conduct throughout office.
- Make travel arrangements.
- Prepare travel vouchers.
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree, in life sciences and communications.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite of programs including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- 0-2 years of administrative experience.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to pass an HHS Public Trust background check.
- Experience using Microsoft SharePoint.
